Keeping within the New Jersey Public Safety Accreditation Coalitions’ Mission to assist any and all agencies throughout their accreditation process, we have developed a quarterly, policy and proof analysis workshop. These workshops are a result and transformation of great feedback we received on the needs of all accreditation managers that previously attended the quarterly NJPSAC regional meetings.
Regular accreditation file reviews are not just necessary; they are vital to your program’s success. The Coalition conducts quarterly workshops around the state of New Jersey to facilitate this. Listed below are the dates and locations of these workshops as well as the files that will be reviewed.
Accreditation Managers or any agency member wishing to participate are required to register their attendance. The cost is listed on the registration page, and the fee is waived for all Accreditation Managers with an active “Agency Membership” within our coalition. All attendees are also required to bring their accreditation files or a laptop with their Power Standards program.
The group of students will be led through a systematic and methodical review of each standard and bullet, by an experienced and credentialed accreditation expert, for both compliance with the standard as well as proper ongoing proof. Every student will leave knowing their file is either entirely compliant or they will know the solution(s) they need to make it so.
Additionally, students are encouraged to bring any other accreditation files they are finding problematic to any meeting/workshop. Time permitting, solutions will be discussed and followed up on.
