When
a NJPSAC member agency has completed all their
accreditation file folders the first step
in the mock assessment process is to have
a Preliminary File Review. To request a Preliminary
File Review please fill out the information
below and press send. A Coalition representative
will contact you to begin the process.
Step
2: Request your Mock Assessment
Once
you pass the Preliminary File Review you are
ready to request a Mock Assessment. To request
a Mock Assessment please fill out the information

will contact you to start the process.
Step
3: Request your Official Assessment
When
you pass both your Preliminary File Review
and you amend your accreditation files in
accordance with suggestions prepared during
your Mock Assessment you are ready to request
your Official On-Site Assessment. Depending
on what accreditation program you belong
to you may contact your program manager
